Compact, efficient, and true to the Ergio philosophy of smart building, this home is a unique blend of sunlight, minimalism, and high-performance construction.

Technical Highlights:

– 150x45mm timber frame structure;

– Insulated with glass mineral wool;

– Followed by a vapour control membrane, OSB boards, and a highly breathable membrane;

– Finished with stone cladding – not just an aesthetic choice but a design decision that echoes the textures and tones of the surrounding environment.
