Oone of our latest prefab timber kit just landed in a spectacular Dutch setting — a flat-roof home with clean geometry, generous glass surfaces and the kind of landscape views that architects secretly daydream about.

It blends in, but only in the “quiet luxury” sense.

Behind the sleek façade sits the real horsepower:

Exterior walls on a 45×195 mm timber frame, double layers of rock mineral wool, vapour control membrane, OSB, a highly breathable membrane and Habito boards.

Interior walls on a 45×145 mm frame with rock mineral wool + acoustic roll, OSB and gypsum boards — engineered for comfort, performance and smooth on-site assembly.

Fully prefabricated by us, entirely based on the client’s plans.
