High in Valle d’Aosta, between clouds and timber beams, progress is taking shape.

Our 1058 m² hotel complex is rising panel by panel — and 2 of the four units are already getting close to completion. That’s the beauty of prefabrication: precision in the factory, speed on site.

And since there was curiosity about what’s inside the interior walls — here’s the recipe: a 195×45 mm timber frame, glass mineral wool + acoustic roll for comfort and silence, and OSB sheets on both sides of the wall.

Our approach to construction is not just about speed, but also about sustainability. We’re building smarter, cleaner, and lighter, with a focus on reducing our environmental impact.
